To add/delete/edit symbols in Window on Wall Street program :

  • Run WOW and click Security->Maintenance menu

  • Click an appropriate button in a new window

Run Quotelf and click Update Status tab or simply minimize the program

Run WOW and click Security->Download menu :

  • Mark all the symbols you want to update in a new window

  • Click Download button

  • During download process you'll see Download Status window (pic above)

  • In the system status bar you'll see a dynamic icon indicating downloading progress

  • When download is over, click Close button

Notes:

Even though you are selecting the Dial Data option from the downloader, you are not actually using the Dial/Data service, but you need to use these settings in order to establish the appropriate connection to get the data from Quotelf.
