Run Quotelf and click Update Status tab or simply minimize the program

Run Metastock Downloader and click Tools -> Download Prices menu *

Click Folders tab and Add all Metastock database folders
Click Securities tab and select what to update
Press OK
Press OK again

* Next time you can use Tools -> Express Download feature for faster update

QuoteCenter window will pop up

Metastock download the data

Just wait while QuoteCenter downloads the data *
This window will automatically disappear when download is over

* If you experience "Network Logon Error" on this stage, make sure that Quotelf is running and its icon in the status bar is showing "Initialized" status
