Metastock historical stock prices update Historical stock prices: Metastock Downloader How to Add New Symbols

Run Metastock Downloader and click File->New-> Security menu

Make appropriate settings :

  • Browse the Folder where you want to store the data

  • Enter stock market symbol or use built-in Look-up feature

  • Enter Name for this security

  • Choose the First Date for download

  • Periodicity : Daily

  • Units : Decimal

  • Click Create button
